At Rare65, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products or downloadable items.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@rare65.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email contact@rare65.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), Rare65 will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, subject to product availability.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
